Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate from a recognized university approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE/UGC.Preference will be given to candidates possessing an MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM in any specialization.Experience:Minimum 18 years of well-rounded experience in Marketing & Communications.
- Focus on marketing expansion in E-Commerce/ Banking Industry/ Fintech Company/ Information Technology or a consumer-facing company.
- At least 10 years of experience in BFSI and 5 years of experience in a Senior Management Role.
- Age Limit (as on 01.03.2024):Maximum 55 years (can be relaxed up to a maximum of 3 years for suitable candidates).
- Skills:Strong understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of creative campaigns.
- Experience in corporate communication.
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMO, marketing databases, email & social media campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
- Job Profile & Key Responsibilities:Overall planning, development, and execution of the Bank's brand and product marketing.
- Advertising, publicity, corporate communications, digital & social media marketing initiatives.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Salary and Benefits:Annual CTC: Negotiable, will depend upon Experience & Current Emoluments of candidates.
- CTC Structure: 80% fixed and 20% variable pay.
- Annual Increment in CTC: Up to 10% subject to satisfactory performance.
- Job Type: Contractual Engagement (TEGS-VII) Contract Period: 3 Years (renewable for a further period of 1 year at the sole discretion of the Bank).
