Eligibility Details
Candidates must satisfy the following academic and professional requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess one of the following sets of qualifications:
- (i) Graduate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as a subject (either honours or subsidiary level) with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and also in aggregate. OR
- (ii) B.Sc.Ed with concerned subjects from a Regional College of Education of NCERT or NCTE recognized University with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and also in aggregate.
- (b) B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized institution/university with at least 50% marks. (Note: B.Ed degree is not applicable for B.Sc.Ed Degree Course).
- (c) Must have passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by Central Govt CBSE or State Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by the State Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
- (d) Proficiency in teaching in the English Language is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years as of the closing date.
