    Details of Position

    The recruitment is for the post of Executive Assistant -I under Scientific Support Staff category. The details of reservation breakdown for the 5 posts are as follows:

    • Total Posts: 5
    • Reservation Breakdown: OBC (NCL): 1, EWS: 1, UR: 3, PwBD: 1*
    • Pay Level: 7 (as per 7th CPC)
    • Horizontal Reservation for PwBD: One vacancy is reserved for candidates belonging to Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), specifically Deaf (D) and Hard of Hearing (HH).
    • Suitability for PwBD: All five vacancies are suitable for candidates belonging to PwBD categories including Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Locomotor Disability (OA, OL, CP, LC, Dw, AAV), ASD(M), SLD, MI, and MD.
    • Location: Headquarters in Gurugram, but incumbents are liable to serve anywhere in India.

    Eligibility Details

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized University/ Board / Institution.
    • Basic Operational computer knowledge.

    Age Limit:

    • The upper age limit for direct recruitment is 35 Years.
    • Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Government Servants is applicable as per existing Central Govt. Rules.

    Functional/Physical Requirements:

    • Required abilities include Sitting (S), Standing (ST), Walking (W), Bending (BN), Manipulation with Fingers (MF), Reading & Writing (RW), Seeing (SE), and Hearing (H).

    Important Conditions

    • Applicants must be a Citizen of India.
    • Mere fulfillment of essential qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for the Written Test.
    • The number of posts advertised is subject to change by the competent authority.
    • Appointment orders are provisional and subject to verification of character and antecedents.
    • Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
    • Selected candidates will be kept on probation for two years under the New Pension Scheme (NPS).

    Mode of Selection

    Selection will be through a Written Examination based on merit secured in the examination. The exam consists of two parts: Part-I (General) and Part-II (Technical). No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Written Test.
