Important Conditions
- Candidates must fulfill the physical standards and pass the physical tests as prescribed for male and female candidates.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 27 years as on 20.01.2025.
- Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for upper age limit, and 10 years for candidates belonging to Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes.
- Age relaxation is admissible only to those sportspersons who satisfy all other eligibility conditions related to education and sports qualifications, supported by a certificate in the prescribed form from a competent authority.
- Selected candidates will be posted within the State of Rajasthan.
- Applications should be submitted in the prescribed format, duly filled and sent to the specified address through postal services.

Mode of Selection
The selection process for the post of Havaldar under the sports quota will consist of the following stages:
- Physical Standards Verification: Candidates will be assessed for meeting the prescribed physical standards for height, chest, and weight as applicable for male and female candidates.
- Physical Test: Candidates who meet the physical standards will undergo a physical test which includes walking/running for a specified distance and time.
- Evaluation of Sports Achievements: Meritorious sportspersons will be shortlisted based on their sports achievements and representation at various levels such as State, National, and International competitions, as per the criteria mentioned in the official advertisement. This includes achievements in recognized sports events like National Championships, Khelo India Games, University Games, and events organized by School Games Federation of India (SGFI). For Chess players, titles like Grand Master (GM), International Master (IM), and participation in Chess Olympiads are considered.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo document verification to confirm their eligibility, educational qualifications, sports achievements, age, and other relevant details.
The final selection will be based on the overall performance in physical tests, verification of physical standards, evaluation of sports achievements and document verification.
