Brief Job Responsibilities:
- Deputy Manager (HR & Admn.): Responsibilities include review, formulation, and implementation of HR-related policies covering Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, HR Audit, Leadership development, and handling administrative tasks like office management, procurement, and coordination with government/private bodies.
- Deputy Manager (Land Acquisition): Responsibilities cover Land Acquisition and Forest/Environmental clearance related matters, determination of compensations, ex-gratia relief, coordination with field and Revenue officials, and other work assigned by the Competent Authority.
Eligibility Details
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Candidates must meet the essential educational qualification, age criteria, and selection requirements specified.
- Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan.
- Mandatory Qualification: Must have cleared the Civil Services Mains - Written Examination 2024 and must have appeared for the Personality Test (Interview). (Verification will use the UPSC Pratibha Setu portal database).
- Age Limit (as on closing date): Not exceeding 34 Years.
Age Relaxation:
- 5 years age relaxation is available to Ex-servicemen subject to rendering at least five years of military service under specific release conditions (completion of assignment or physical disability attributable to service). Ex-servicemen must provide a discharge certificate.
- Note: As the posts fall under Unreserved (UR) Category as per the roster, no reservation benefits shall be available to candidates from reserved categories, including PwBD candidates.

Important Conditions

Mode of Selection
Selection will be based strictly on the percentile scores obtained in the Civil Services Mains Examination 2024. Candidates must provide these scores during the application process. In case of equal percentile scores, selection will be determined chronologically by date of birth (oldest first). If dates of birth are also the same, selection will be in alphabetical order of first names as they appear in the 10th Certificate.
