    Responsibilities Summary:

    • Deputy Manager (HR & Admn.): Responsibilities include review, formulation, and implementation of HR policies covering Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training & Development, HR Audit, and HR Information Systems. Also involves handling administrative tasks like office management, procurements, and coordination with government/private bodies.
    • Deputy Manager (Land Acquisition): Involves Land Acquisition and Forest/Environmental clearance related matters, determination of compensations, ex-gratia relief, and coordination with field and Revenue officials.

    Eligibility Details

    Candidates must meet the essential educational qualification, age criteria, and selection requirements:

    • Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan.

    Important Conditions
