Eligibility Details
Eligibility is primarily determined based on Deputation or Short Term Contract/Absorption terms, requiring officers to hold analogous posts or possess specific years of regular service in corresponding Pay Matrix Levels within the Central Government, State Government, Supreme Court, High Courts, or Statutory/Autonomous bodies with pensionary benefits.
- Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer: Officer of the organized accounts cadre of the Central Government, holding analogous post OR with five years regular service in Level-12 (Rs. 78800-209200).
- Deputy Registrar: Holding analogous post OR five years regular service in Level-10 OR six years regular service in Level-8 OR seven years regular service in Level-7 of the pay matrix. Desirable: Degree in Law.
- Principal Private Secretary: Holding analogous post OR six years regular service in Level-8 OR seven years regular service in Level-7 of the pay matrix. Desirable: Knowledge of computer operation.
- Private Secretary: Stenographer holding analogous post OR post in Level-6 (Rs 35400-112400) with five years regular service in the grade.
- Assistant: Holding analogous post OR Upper Division Clerks in Level 4 (Rs 25500-81100) with 10 years regular service in the grade. Must possess a Degree and two years' experience in establishment, administration, or accounts.
- Tribunal Master/Stenographer Grade-'I': Stenographer holding analogous post OR post in Level 4 (Rs 25500-81100) with 10 years regular service in the grade.
- Junior Accounts Officer: Holding analogous post OR six years service in Level-5 (Rs 29200-92300) AND must have undergone training in cash and accounts work (e.g., ISTM course) and have two years of experience in cash accounts and budget work.
- Age Criteria: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years with a residual service of four years on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Important Conditions
