Eligibility Details
Eligibility Criteria for Deputation:
Officers of the Central Government or the State Government or Union Territories are eligible to apply for deputation.
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR with 5 years' regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the posts in Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 (pre-revised) or equivalent.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
- Experience: Eight years' experience in enforcement of regulatory laws and collection of intelligence relating thereto.
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
- Four years' experience in investigation of criminal offences including economic offences.
- Working knowledge of Computer related operations including Microsoft Office (Word, Power-Point, Excel and Access) and operation of internet.
Age Limit:
The age limit for appointment by transfer on deputation shall not exceed fifty-six years on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Period of Deputation: Ordinarily not to exceed 04 (four) years, including any preceding deputation period in another ex-cadre post.

Required Documents (Duly Attested):
- Supporting certificates for claimed educational qualifications (including Bachelor Degree).
- Photocopies of APARs for the last five years (attested on each page by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Govt. of India or equivalent).
- Integrity Certificate.
- Vigilance Clearance certificate as per proforma.
- Major/minor penalty statement for the last 10 years.
- Cadre clearance confirming willingness to join the post upon selection.
Important Conditions
- Applications received after the closing date or conditional applications will not be entertained.
- Candidates will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature after selection.
- An officer who fails to join the post after selection will be debarred from future deputation in NCB.
