- Maximum Age Limit: 50 Years (Calculated as on 03 February 2026).
- Age Relaxation: Permissible for SC/ST (05 Years), OBC (03 Years), PwBD (10 Years), Ex-Serviceman (05 Years), and specific categories of Govt. Employees as per detailed notification.
Application Details
Application Fees (Online Mode Only):
- General, EWS & OBC Candidates: Rs. 2360/- (Rs. 2000 + 18% GST). Payment must be made via the provided Payment Gateway Link.
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen Candidates: No fee required.
- Application fees are non-refundable.
Application Process:
The application process is two-fold: Online Form submission followed by Offline Hard Copy submission.
- Online Google Form Submission: Must be filled on or before 27 January 2026 at 05:00 PM IST.
- Offline Hard Copy Submission: Aspiring applicants must submit a hard copy of their application, along with self-attested copies of required documents, either by post or by hand, by the final deadline of 03 February 2026 (up to 05:00 PM IST).
Address for Hard Copy Submission: The Recruitment Cell, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bathinda-151001. The envelope must be super-scribed with “Application for the post of Nursing Tutor/ Clinical Instructor w.r.t. Advertisement No. AIIMS/BTI/RC/Tutor/2138 dated 26 December 2025”.
Important Conditions
- The vacancies are provisional and subject to variation.
- Experience must be counted as on the last date of submission of the offline application (03 February 2026).
- Candidates must satisfy all eligibility criteria as on the closing date of offline applications.
- The period of probation is two (2) years.
- Canvassing of any kind will be a disqualification.
- Candidates in Government service must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer, clearly stating they will be allowed to join if selected.
Mode of Selection
If there is a large number of applications, candidates may be called for a recruitment exam/screening test, followed by an interview. Dates for screening/interview will be communicated via registered email.
