Eligibility Details
1. Deputy Registrar (Direct Recruitment)
- Classification: Group – A
- Pay Level: 12
- Age Limit: 50 Years
- Essential Qualifications: (i) Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade. (ii) Five years of experience as Assistant Registrar or in equivalent post in the Pay Level 10 and above.
2. Assistant Registrar (Direct Recruitment)
- Classification: Group - A
- Pay Level: 10
- Age Limit: 40 Years
- Essential Qualifications: (i) Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade. (ii) Appointment shall be made through an All India open competition by conducting a written test and interview.
3. Public Relation Officer (Direct Recruitment)

- Age Limit: 40 Years
- Essential Qualifications: (i) Master's Degree with at least 55% marks in Journalism and Mass Communication. (ii) At least Five years experience in editorial department/ Centre of specified government/ PSU/ Educational Institutions/ News Agencies/ Media.

- Essential Qualifications: (i) Bachelor's Degree. (ii) Three Years' Experience as Senior Assistant in Level 6 or eight years as Assistant/UDC in Level 4 in specified Government/PSU/Autonomous Institutions or equivalent in Private companies/bank (annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 Crores). (iii) Proficiency in Computer Operation, noting and drafting.
5. Private Secretary (Direct Recruitment)

- Pay Level: 7
- Age Limit: 35 Years
- Qualifications: (i) Bachelor's Degree. (ii) 03 Years experience as Personal Assistant or 5 years as Stenographer in specified organizations. (iii) Stenography speed: 120 wpm (Eng)/ 100 wpm (Hindi). (iv) Typing speed: 35 w.p.m. (Eng)/ 30 w.p.m. (Hindi).
Note on Age Relaxation: No age relaxation in upper age limit is admissible for OBC/SC/ST candidates applying for posts under UR category. Relaxation applies to regular employees of Central/State Govt./UGC deemed Universities and Ex-Servicemen as per India rules.
