Eligibility Details
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant engineering or functional discipline from a Government-recognized university or institute. Candidates must have extensive post-qualification executive experience in the Government sector as prescribed for each post code. Age criteria apply: generally 56 years for Deputation and 40-45 years for Direct Recruitment/Immediate Absorption as on the closing date.

Important Conditions
- Only candidates working in the Government sector are eligible for Deputation and Immediate Absorption.
- Experience in the private sector is not counted towards minimum post-qualification experience.
- Candidates opting for Direct Recruitment must execute a surety bond to serve the corporation for a minimum period (1 to 3 years depending on the mode).
- No application will be accepted via email or hand delivery.
Mode of Selection
The selection process will be conducted by NMRC through offline mode, which may include a written test and/or personal interview, depending on the number of applicants. Candidates will be judged on knowledge, skill, experience, aptitude, and physical fitness.
