Eligibility Details
Age Limit:
- 45 years for UR/EWS categories.
- Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST categories.
- Relaxable by 3 years for OBC category. (Self-attested copy of Class 10th certificate required as proof of age).
Educational Qualification (Any one of the following):
- DM/MCH/DrNB/MD/MS in the concerned speciality.
- MD/MS in basic speciality with 3 years experience, out of which 1 year is preferably in the concerned super speciality.
- MBBS with 03 years experience, out of which 02 years are in the concerned speciality.
Registration: The candidate must have a valid DMC registration certificate.

- Time for document verification: 09.00 A.M. to 10.00 A.M.
- Time for Interview: 11.00 A.M. onwards.
Venue: The Director, Administrative Block, 1st Floor, Janakpuri Super Speciality Hospital, C-2B, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058.
Application Fee (Non-refundable):
- Rs. 1000/- for Unreserved candidates.
- Rs. 500/- for OBC/SC/ST/EWS candidates.
- Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates are exempted from fee payment.
- Fee must be paid through POS machine (Credit/Debit Card only) at the Accounts Branch, 1st Floor, JSSH. Applicants must submit the 'online transaction receipt'.
Required Documents (Self-attested copies and originals for verification): Certificate in support of age (Class 10th), Educational Qualification Certificates and Mark sheets, DMC Registration, MCI Registration, Caste/EWS certificate (if applicable), Experience Certificate(s), No Objection Certificate (if currently employed), Vigilance Clearance Certificate, and Work & Conduct Certificate from previous employer.
Important Conditions
- The appointment is on an Ad-hoc basis for a period of 89 days, further extendable in tenures of 89 days, but not exceeding a total tenure of 4 years of Senior Residency.
- Emoluments will be as per Revised Pay Rules Level 11 (Rs. 67,700/- plus admissible allowances per month).
- Private practice of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Candidates currently working must enclose an 'No Objection Certificate' from their present employer.
- The appointment is subject to physical fitness clearance from a competent medical board.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
Mode of Selection
Selection will be based on an Interview conducted by a Board constituted by the Competent Authority. The decision of the Chairman of the Selection board will be final.
