Eligibility Details
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil branch of Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
- Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 21 years relevant experience, including ten years in all contractual matters like tendering, contract formulation, turnkey project execution, dispute resolution, risk management, statutory/regulatory compliance, cost estimates, payment terms, contract laws, litigation, arbitration, procurement guidelines (CVC, GFR, PSU norms), budget utilization, and cost control.
- Candidates must possess experience in the execution of two Projects each valuing at least ₹ 1,000 Crore or above in Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK)/Contracts during the last five years.
Additional Experience Requirements:
- For Govt./PSU Candidates: Minimum service period of 2 years in the pay scale of ₹ 1,20,000-3%-2,80,000/- (E7 Grade) (IDA) or Equivalent CDA Pay Scale.
- For Private Sector Candidates: Minimum Average CTC of ₹ 38.49 Lakhs per annum for the last two years, along with experience of a minimum of three levels below the Board level for not less than two years.
Age Criteria:
- MINIMUM AGE: 45 years
- MAXIMUM AGE: 53 years
- Candidates must attach proof of their Average annual CTC for last two years in the application form.
