    Details of Position

    The post is available for deputation/short-term contract. The vacancies are subject to variation (increase/decrease).

    Eligibility Details

    Officers from Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertaking or statutory bodies or recognized research institutions or Universities or semi-government organizations are eligible, provided they meet one of the following:

    • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR
    • With five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-2, Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-, or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be a deemed University under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; AND
    • Two years work experience in accounts or administration or establishment matters.

    Age criteria may apply as per policy. The maximum age limit for appointment by transfer on deputation shall not exceed fifty (56) years on the closing date of receipt of applications.

    • Selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in the country in any Zonal/ Regional Offices/Headquarters of NCB.
    • Conditional applications regarding the place of posting will not be entertained.

    • Officers already on deputation must have their applications forwarded by the parent cadre/department along with Cadre Clearance, Vigilance Clearance, and Integrity certificate.
