Eligibility Details
Essential Qualification:
- M.B.A. (HR)/ P.G. Degree/ Diploma in Management or its equivalent (Full Time).
Job Description / Functional Capabilities:
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws and service regulations.
- Expertise in Disciplinary matters and application of HRM concepts, tools, and practices (e.g., manpower planning, Performance Management, career planning, succession planning, training and development, competency modelling, competency appraisal etc.).
- Exposure in industrial relations having multiple trade unions scenario is desirable.
- Experience in latest HR Practices and Policies, dealing with retention and attrition aspects.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience.
Current/ Required Pay Scale/CTC for Experience Verification:
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Working in CDA Pay scale: In pay scale Rs. 44900-142400 (L7) or above, OR Last 3 years of service in pay scale of Rs. 35400-112400 (L6).
- Working in IDA Pay Scale: In pay scale Rs. 30000-120000 (Eo) or above, OR Last 3 years of service in pay scale of Rs. 29500-105850 (NE8).
- Working in Private Sector: Having minimum CTC of Rs. 7 lakhs per annum.
Age Criteria: Maximum Age as on 14/10/2025 is 35 Years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per rules.

Important Conditions
- All essential qualifications must be from UGC recognized Indian University/ AICTE approved courses.
- Only Full Time Regular Courses will be considered.
- Candidates claiming equivalence in qualification must produce an equivalence certificate.
- If a management qualification has Dual Specialization, one must be function-specific.
- All selection stages are provisional, subject to thorough document verification on the date of interview.
- Selected candidates must execute a Service Bond of Rs. 2 lakhs plus GST and cost of training, to serve for a minimum period of two (02) years.
- Appointment is subject to being medically fit as per NCRTC prescribed standards; candidates with Cancer or Kidney/ Liver Failure & Transplantations shall not be considered.
Mode of Selection
The Selection Process comprises of:
- Written Test/ Computer Based Test (CBT): 80% Weightage
- Interview: 20% Weightage
The merit list will be prepared based on the combined score. Minimum qualifying percentage for determination of suitability is 60% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS categories. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in order of merit.
