Eligibility Details
Selection is based on deputation criteria, requiring officers to be holding analogous posts or possessing specific experience and grade pay levels in Central/State Governments or equivalent bodies. Minimum educational and experience requirements vary significantly by post:
- Medical Superintendent (Advt. 2025/23): Essential: A recognized Medical Qualification (I or II Schedule/Part II of III Schedule of IMC Act 1956). Must also possess a Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS or equivalent) OR M.H.A. Experience: Ten years in Hospital Administration in hospitals with 300 beds after PG degree. Must be holding analogous posts or posts with GP of 6600+ with 5 years regular service in that grade.
- Senior Analyst (System Analyst) (Advt. 2025/24): Must be holding analogous posts or posts with GP of 6600+ with 5 years regular service in that grade.
- Senior Programmer (Analyst) (Advt. 2025/25): Essential: BE/B.Tech/MCA/BSc with Diploma in Computer Application + 10 years experience in IT systems/Networking/Hardware configuration/Software Programming. Must be holding analogous posts or posts with PB-3+GP of 5400 with educational qualifications, with 5 years regular service in that grade.
- Chief Medical Record Officer (Advt. 2025/32): Essential: Degree in Medical Record Keeping (1 year duration) AND Computer proficiency (Typing speed: 35 wpm English or 30 wpm Hindi). Must be holding analogous posts OR have 2/3 years regular service in GP of 4800/4600 respectively.
- Age Criteria: The Maximum age limit for Medical Superintendent is 58 years; for all other posts, it is 56 years, calculated as of the last date of application receipt.
