Eligibility Details
Prospective candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for the desired post. General age limit is a maximum of 56 Years.
Educational Qualification & Experience Details:
- Deputy Director (Corporate Law): (i) Degree in any discipline and LLB with two years’ experience in Corporate Law; OR (ii) Five years’ Integrated bachelor’s degree in Law with three years’ experience in Corporate Law.
- Deputy Director (Investigation): (i) Degree from a recognized University/Institution; AND (ii) five years’ experience in enforcement of regulatory laws or investigation of economic offences.
- Senior Assistant Director (Banking): (i) CA/ICWA/CS/CFA/PGDM (Finance)/MBA (Finance)/MBE/M.Com; AND (ii) One-year experience in finance or banking in any Government Organization.
- Senior Assistant Director (Capital Market): (i) CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/CS; AND (ii) two years’ experience in capital markets.
- Senior Assistant Director (Forensic Audit): (i) CA/ICWA/CS/CFA/PGDM (Finance)/MBA (Finance)/MBE/M.Com or LLB; AND (ii) One year experience in audit or forensic audit in any government organization.
- Senior Assistant Director (Investigation): (i) Bachelor’s Degree; AND (ii) Three years’ experience in enforcement of regulatory laws or investigation of economic offences.
- Senior Assistant Director (Taxation): (i) Bachelor’s Degree; AND (ii) Three years’ experience in the field of direct taxation.
- Senior Prosecutor: (i) Graduate plus LLB plus two years’ experience in litigation/law administration in a Govt. organization; OR (ii) Integrated 5-year Law degree plus three years’ experience in litigation/law administration in a Govt. organization.
- Assistant Director (Investigation): (i) Bachelor’s Degree; AND (ii) Three years’ experience in enforcement of regulatory Laws or investigation of economic offences in a Government department.
- Assistant Director (Law): (i) Graduate plus LLB plus one-year experience in litigation/law administration in a Govt. organization; OR (ii) Integrated 5-year Law degree plus two years’ experience in litigation/law administration in a Govt. organization.
