Eligibility Details
- Deputy Registrar (Finance & Accounts) (Age Limit: 55 years):
- Essential: Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks and 5 years of administrative experience in a post carrying PB-3 with GP 5400 or equivalent in Govt/Govt Research Establishment/University/Statutory Organizations/Organization of high repute.
- Desirable: Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-. Qualified CA/ICWA.
- Senior Technical Officer (Age Limit: 55 years):
- Essential: M.E/M.Tech first class with 5 years in relevant field OR First class B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc./MCA in relevant field with 8 years experience at the level of Technical Officer with GP 5400 or equivalent.
- Desirable: Experience in system administration (Linux/Windows), troubleshooting, and network infrastructure design/management (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.).
- Assistant Registrar (Age Limit: 45 years):
- Essential: Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent with excellent academic record.
- Desirable: At least 03 years of experience in handling Administrative/ Legal/ Finance/ Store & Purchase/ Examination/ Establishments matters in Higher Educational Institute preferably in Institutes of National Importance.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical) (Contract) (Age Limit: 32 years):
- Essential: Degree in Engineering with 2 years experience in relevant field OR Diploma in Engineering with 5 years experience in relevant field.
- Junior Assistant (Contract) (Age Limit: 27 years):
- Essential: Bachelor's degree with knowledge of computer operations.
- Desirable (for Finance & Accounts): Bachelor's degree in commerce with knowledge of Tally, GST, Income Tax.
Note: The cut-off date for counting educational qualifications, experience & age limit will be the last date of online application (23.11.2025).

Application Deadline: The deadline for ON-LINE submission is 23.11.2025 (05 PM). The deadline for submission of the hard copy of the online form, duly signed, at the designated place is 27.11.2025 (05PM).

- For Posts Sl. 04 & 05 (Contractual): General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 250/-; SC/ST: Rs. 200/-; PwBD: Exempted.
Required Documents (to be sent with hard copy): ID proof, Age Proof, Category Certificate, all education mark sheets and certificates, experience certificate, and research papers/publications (if applicable).

Important Conditions
- Posts 01 to 03 are Regular; Posts 04 & 05 are contractual.
