Eligibility Details
Educational Qualifications vary significantly by post:
- Deputy Registrar: Master's degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade 'B' in UGC 7-point scale.

- Nurse: Intermediate (10+2 Science) or equivalent, passed 3-year GNM course with 55% marks, registered as A-grade Nurse, and 03 years' relevant experience in a hospital.
- Laboratory / Technical Assistant: Bachelors Degree (4 years) in Engineering or equivalent (55% marks) with 2 years experience OR Three years Diploma in Engineering/Applied Science (55% marks) with 3 years experience.
- Computer Programmer: Degree in Computer Science Engineering with 3 years experience.
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC)/Caretaker: Graduate in any discipline. Knowledge of computer application and typing speed as prescribed by DoPT.
- Stenographer-III: Graduate in any discipline with stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and typing speed of 40 w.p.m., plus computer knowledge.
- Technician: Class X pass with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade and 02 years' experience.
- Skilled Worker: Class X pass with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade or Class-XI (Science) Passed with at least 02 years' experience.
- Sorter: Essential Higher Secondary (12th Std.) or equivalent.
- Classifier/ Cataloguer: B.Lib from a recognized University/Institution and two years' experience in book acquisition/documentation in a recognized library.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 10+2 pass or equivalent with typing speed of 30 w.p.m. and computer knowledge.
- Driver: Class X Pass, valid driving license for motor cars, knowledge of motor mechanism, and 3 years' driving experience.
