    Eligibility Details

    Essential Qualifications (EQ) and Minimum Essential Experience (MEE) vary by post, as detailed in Table-II. Key highlights include:

    • Chief Manager (Law) (E-5): EQ: Graduate Degree + LLB (min 3 years professional course) both with 55% marks OR 05 years Integrated LLB Degree (Professional) with 55% marks. MEE: 12 years post-qualification line experience as a Law Executive or Advocate. Upper age limit (OBC(NCL)): 46 years (PwBD-OBC(NCL): 56 Years).
    • Senior Engineer (Environmental Engineering) (E-2): EQ: Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum 65% marks. MEE: 01 year post-qualification executive experience. Upper age limit (OBC(NCL)): 31 years (PwBD-OBC(NCL): 41 Years).
    • Senior Engineer (Boiler Operation) (E-2): EQ: Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (min 55% marks) + Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer. MEE: 01 year post qualification experience in O&M of boiler.
    • Senior Officer (BIS) (E-2): EQ: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT (min 60% marks) OR Bachelor Degree (min 55% marks) + MCA (min 2 years, min 60% marks). MEE: 01 year post qualification executive experience in BIS functions.
    • Senior Officer (F&A) (E-2): EQ: CA/CMA (ICWA) OR B.Com (min 55%) + 2 years MBA (Finance, min 60%) OR BA/BSc (Honours Economics/Maths/Statistics, min 55%) + 2 years MBA (Finance, min 60%) OR Graduate in Engineering (BE/B.Tech, min 55%) + 2 years MBA (Finance, min 60%). MEE: 01 year post qualification executive experience in Finance/Accounts.
    • Officer (Official Language) (E-1): EQ: Master Degree in Hindi/Hindi Literature (60% for OBC(NCL), 55% for PwBD). English must be a subject in Graduation. MEE: 02 years post-qualification experience in translation work (English to Hindi & vice-versa). Upper age limit (OBC(NCL)): 38 years.
    • General Note on Qualifications: Only full-time Regular courses are considered, except for CA/CMA. Qualifications must be from UGC recognized or AICTE approved institutions.

    Application Details

    • Application Deadline: 23.12.2025 (up to 1800 hrs.).

    • Application Fee: ₹ 200/- (Non-refundable) for OBC (NCL) candidates. SC/ ST/PwBD candidates are exempted.
    • Required Documents (for verification if shortlisted): Online Application printout with 02 photos, DOB proof, Caste/Disability/EWS certificate (as applicable), All Mark Sheets/Degree Certificates, and Proper Experience certificate/documentary proofs.

    Important Conditions

    • Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
    • Category once filled cannot be changed. OBC candidates belonging to "Creamy Layer" are not entitled to OBC concession and must indicate 'General'.
    • Candidates employed in Central/State Govt/PSUs must forward applications through Proper Channel or produce NOC at document verification.
    • Apprenticeship training period will be considered as experience only if prescribed.
    • For PwBD candidates, the disability must be not less than 40%.
    • Maximum upper age limit is 56 years including all relaxations.

    Mode of Selection

    Selection generally involves Group Discussion and/or Interview. Exceptions include:

    • Senior Officer (F&S): Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Interview.
    • Senior Officer (Medical Services): Writing exercise/assessment tool and Interview.
    • Officer (Official Language): Skill Test (Translation) and Interview.
    • For PwBD Cat. B, D, and E, Group Discussion will be replaced by Case Study/Writing exercise (minimum 35% marks required).
    • Minimum qualifying marks in Interview: 60% (UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS), 55% (SC/ST), 50% (PwBD).
    • Minimum qualifying marks in GD/Proficiency/Fitness Tests: 40% (UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS), 35% (SC/ST/PwBD).
