    Tenure: Deputation basis, initially for one year, extendable up to three years.

    Eligibility Details

    Eligibility is generally restricted to Officers of Central/State Government/Union Territory/Recognized Research Institute/Autonomous bodies/Statutory Bodies/PSUs, holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or having requisite years of service in the preceding Pay Level, along with specific educational and experience requirements for each post. Details are complex and must be verified on the DPCC website.

    Specific Highlights:

    • Senior Environmental Engineer (Level-12): Requires Master's degree in relevant Engineering field + ten years' experience in pollution control, OR 5 years in Level 11.
    • Environmental Engineer (Level-11): Requires Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering + eight years' experience OR Master's degree + six years' experience, OR 5 years in Level 10.
    • Legal Posts: Require Degree in Law with specified post-level service/experience.
    • Scientist Posts: Require Master's degree in Science and relevant experience.
    • Programmer (Level-10): Requires Master's/B.Tech/Degree in CS/Engg. along with 4-6 years of relevant experience depending on the qualification route.

    The maximum age limit for deputation shall be 56 years on the last date of receipt of applications (February 28, 2026).

    Application Details

    Application Deadline: Applications received up to 28th February, 2026, shall be considered in the 3rd phase.

    Method of Application: Applications must be submitted Through Proper Channel, addressed to The Administrative Officer, DPCC.

    Required Documents: Applications must be accompanied by:

    • Prescribed application form and recent passport size photograph.
    • Bio-data duly signed by the concerned officer.
    • Attested copies of APAR dossier for the last 05 years.
    • Self-attested copies of certificates of proof of age, educational qualifications, work experience, and caste/disability claims.
    • Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, and statement of Major/Minor penalties for the last ten years.

    The name of the post must be superscribed on the envelope.

    Important Conditions

    • Applications must be sent either in English or Hindi in the prescribed proforma only.
    • Only Indian Nationals need to apply.
    • Advance copies are permitted, but NOC from the parent department is required before joining if selected.
    • The number of posts is tentative and subject to increase or decrease.
    • No correspondence/representation will be entertained regarding interview/selection calls.
