Eligibility Details
Deputy Librarian (Age Limit: 50 Years)
- Essential Education: Master's Degree in library science/information science/documentation science, with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Essential Experience: Eight years' experience as an Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian [Academic Pay Level-10 (Rs. 57700 - 182400)].
- Essential Degree: A Ph.D. Degree in Library Science/ Information Science / Documentation Science/Archives and Manuscript keeping/Computerization of Library.
Assistant Librarian (Age Limit: 45 Years)
- Essential Education: Master's Degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade, and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of a Library.
- Essential Qualification: Must have cleared NET (UGC/CSIR) or must have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016 (with provisions for exemption for Ph.D. holders registered prior to July 11, 2009, provided conditions a-e are met).
Deputy Registrar (Age Limit: 50 Years)
- Essential Education: Master's degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent Grade of B in the UGC seven points scale.
- Essential Experience: At least 9 Years' experience as Assistant Professor (AGP Rs. 6000/- or Academic Pay Level 10 and above) in educational administration/research, OR 5 years' administrative experience as Assistant Registrar (Pay Band 3 Grade Pay Rs. 5400, Pay Level–10) or equivalent, handling computerized administration/Establishment/Stores & Purchase/financial matters.
- Desirable: Degree in Law /Management / engineering/CA/CS/ICWA.
Assistant Registrar (Age Limit: 40 Years)
- Essential Education: Masters' degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade of B in the UGC seven points scale.
- Essential Experience: At least five years relevant administrative experience in supervisory capacity in Govt. office/university/ technological institution, related to examinations, academics, establishment, R&D, student affairs, accounts etc. in the grade pay of Rs. 4600 (Pay Level – 7) or equivalent.
- Desirable: Professional qualification in Management / Finance & Accounts, or experience in handling Administrative / Legal / Finance / Stores & Purchase / Establishments matters.
General Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC candidates against reserved posts, regular employees of Central/State Governments, Ex-Servicemen, and Divyang candidates is admissible as per Government of India norms. Employees of IITs/NITS/CFTIs with 3+ years service may get 5 years relaxation.

Mode of Selection
A preliminary shortlisting will be done based on essential qualifications and experience. The final selection will be based on the performance in Presentation & Interview before the Selection Committee. A Written Test and/or Computer/other Test may be conducted if required.
