Eligibility Details
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Senior Administrative Officer: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Must hold analogous post or have 5 years service in Pay Band 2 (Rs. 9300-34800) with GP Rs. 4200 OR 11 years service in GP Rs. 2800.
- Junior Translation Officer: Master's Degree in Hindi/English/Any Subject (with Hindi/English as compulsory/elective) + Recognized Diploma/Certificate in Hindi-English translation. Must hold analogous post or have 6 years service in GP Rs. 2800.
- Personal Executive: Graduate in any discipline. Must hold analogous post OR have 8 years service in PB-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) with GP Rs. 1900. Must have a speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in English/Hindi Typing.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Mandatory Requirements
- Officers must be serving under Central/State Govt./UTs/PSUs/Autonomous bodies.
- Deputation Period: Initial 3 years, extendable by 2 years (Max 5 years).
- Documents Required: Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate, attested ACRs/APARs for last 5 years.
