Eligibility Details
Essential Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech. (4-year full-time degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Electrical Communication, or an equivalent relevant IT discipline.
- OR MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
- OR M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT).
Desirable Qualification:
- MBA / PG Diploma in Management (Information Systems / IT / Operations / General Management).
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in a Government / PSU environment.
- Experience must cover one or more areas such as IT infrastructure planning, Cyber security, Data centres, SAP/ERP systems, Enterprise applications, Digital transformation, or e-Governance systems.
- Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
Grade Criteria (Essential):
- For Govt. Officials (CDA): Must be holding a post in analogous grade in CDA Level-14 on a regular basis; OR holding a post in CDA Level-13 with a minimum of 17 years of Group ‘A’ service.
- For PSUs/Central Govt. Companies (IDA): Must be holding a post in analogous grade in IDA E-8 (₹1,20,000-2,80,000) on a regular basis OR holding a post in IDA E-7 grade (₹1,00,000-2,60,000) for 04 years on a regular basis.
Age Limit:
- Not above 57 years as on the closing date of advertisement (27/01/2026).
