Eligibility Details
Educational Qualification & Experience
- General Requirement: Essential qualifications must be full-time and recognized by AICTE/UGC/AIU or equivalent regulatory body, except for specific Post Codes (2, 7, 14, 24, 32, 37, 38). Minimum 65% marks (55% for reserved categories) required, except for professional qualifications (CA/CMA/CS).
- Specific Roles (e.g., DGM Personnel): Full time MBA with specialization in HRM OR Two years PG Degree in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Labour Management OR Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management.
- Specific Roles (e.g., Sr. Engineer): B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc-Engineering in relevant discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation).
- Experience Criteria: Varies significantly by post, ranging from a minimum of 2 years (Senior Engineer/Officer level) up to 21 years (DGM level). Specific experience in Fertilizer Sector (Ammonia & Urea Complex) is preferred for many technical/operational roles. Experience in CPSUs might have different criteria regarding IDA Scale equivalents.
- Age Limit: Maximum age varies, up to 52 years for DGM roles and 26 years for Senior Engineer roles (UR category). Age relaxation applicable as per GOI rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ESM.
