    Eligibility Details

    Educational Qualification & Experience

    • General Requirement: Essential qualifications must be full-time and recognized by AICTE/UGC/AIU or equivalent regulatory body, except for specific Post Codes (2, 7, 14, 24, 32, 37, 38). Minimum 65% marks (55% for reserved categories) required, except for professional qualifications (CA/CMA/CS).
    • Specific Roles (e.g., DGM Personnel): Full time MBA with specialization in HRM OR Two years PG Degree in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Labour Management OR Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management.
    • Specific Roles (e.g., Sr. Engineer): B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc-Engineering in relevant discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation).
    • Experience Criteria: Varies significantly by post, ranging from a minimum of 2 years (Senior Engineer/Officer level) up to 21 years (DGM level). Specific experience in Fertilizer Sector (Ammonia & Urea Complex) is preferred for many technical/operational roles. Experience in CPSUs might have different criteria regarding IDA Scale equivalents.
    • Age Limit: Maximum age varies, up to 52 years for DGM roles and 26 years for Senior Engineer roles (UR category). Age relaxation applicable as per GOI rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ESM.

    Note: Candidates are advised to complete the registration process well before the last date. Travel allowance (TA) will be reimbursed for outstation candidates called for interview in Chennai based on the post code.
