    Eligibility Details

    Educational Qualification & Experience:

    • Assistant Engineer (Civil): B.Tech / BE (Civil) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. Minimum three years post-qualification working experience in planning and execution of multi-storied building projects.
    • Assistant Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech / BE (Electrical) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. Minimum three years post-qualification working experience in planning and execution of multi-storied building projects.
    • Assistant Administrative Officer (Chartered Accountant): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/Institution, passed Final Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completion of Articles. Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India required.
    • Assistant Administrative Officer (Company Secretary): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/Institution and a Qualified Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
    • Assistant Administrative Officer (Actuarial): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution. Passed at least 6 papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK as on 1st August, 2025.
    • Assistant Administrative Officer (Insurance Specialists): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution and professional qualification in Life Insurance (Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India - Life). Minimum 5 years of working experience in Life Insurance Companies (regulated by IRDAI).
    • Assistant Administrative Officer (Legal): Bachelor’s degree in Law from any University / College recognized by UGC with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and PwBD candidates).

    Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.

    Mode of Selection

    Selection for Assistant Administrative Officers will be through a three-tiered process: Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, and Interview, followed by pre-recruitment medical examination. Marks from the Preliminary Examination will not be added for the final merit list. Only Main Examination marks will be considered for interview shortlisting.
