Eligibility Details
Age Limits
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01.01.2026.
- Date of Birth criteria: Not earlier than 02.01.2001 and not later than 01.01.2008.

Educational Qualification
- Level-4/Level-5: A University Degree or its equivalent from recognized University.
- Level-2/Level-3: Passed 12th (Plus-II stage) or its equivalent examination.
- Level-1: 10th pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT. (Note: For Technician-III posts under Sports quota, minimum qualification is 10th pass).
Sports Norms

Important Conditions
- Selection is based purely on merit derived from Sports Trials performance (40 marks) + Certificate Verification (50 marks for Sports Achievements + 10 marks for Educational Qualification).
- Minimum qualifying marks out of 100 are 70 (Level 4/5), 65 (Level 2/3), and 60 (Level 1).
- No reservation for SC/ST/OBC communities; selection is based on overall merit irrespective of community.
- Selected candidates must pass requisite medical fitness standards and submit a 'Service Bond' requiring 5 years of service with the railway.
- No TA/DA/Accommodation will be provided for attending trials. Candidates must bring their own kit.
Mode of Selection
