    Eligibility Details

    Essential Qualification

    • Master's degree in Science or Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences from a recognized University.
    • Candidates must have qualified in the ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) – 2025 examination in the subject specializations mentioned, as per the Master Degree Eligibility Qualifications table provided in the advertisement.
    • Essential Qualification degree from foreign universities requires an equivalence certificate from the 'Association of Indian Universities, Delhi' by the closing date.
    • For candidates having qualifications from Indian Universities, the exact degree in the Subject/Specialization as mentioned is mandatory; no equivalence certificate accepted.

    Age Limit

    • Upper age limit is 35 years as on the closing date of receipt of online applications (31st March, 2026).
    • Age relaxations applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10-15 years), and Ex-servicemen as per Government norms.
    • Age/Qualification/Experience computations are as on 31st March, 2026.

    • Documents to Upload (PDF, max 3MB): DOB Certificate (10th), Essential Qualification (M.Sc. Degree and Marksheets), ICAR 2025 Score Card and Admit Card, Category/PwBD/Age Relaxation Certificates (where applicable), and Undertaking of no criminal proceedings (Annexure IV).

    Important Conditions

    • The candidature will be liable for termination, and legal action initiated, if incorrect/false information is detected even after appointment.
    • Appointment is subject to being declared medically fit and execution of a SURETY BOND for a minimum service period of three years (reimbursement clause applies if service is less than three years).
    • All India Service Liability (AISL) is applicable; postings are transferable across India at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
