Pay Scale: Pay of Level 11 of Pay Matrix as per 7 CPC plus NPA (as applicable).
Eligibility Details
For Medical Candidates
A postgraduate medical degree viz. MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh in the respective discipline from a recognized University / Institute/ or equivalent qualification thereto.
For Non-Medical Candidates (Only for Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pharmacology & Physiology)
- The candidate should possess M.Sc./M. Biotech Degree in the subject concerned.
- Ph.D. in the subject concerned/allied subject from a recognized University / Institute.
Age Limit
The upper age limit till completion of Senior Residency is 45 years as on the last date of submitting online application form. Age relaxation will be as per Government of India rules and regulations.
Application Details
- Last Date of Online Application: 04.08.2026 at 17:00 hrs
- Application Mode: Online Only
- Application Fee: Rs.1,200/- for UR, EWS & OBC (NCL); Rs.500/- for SC & ST; Exempt for PwBD candidates.
Important Conditions
- Candidate who has already completed 3 years of Senior Residency will not be considered.
- Working professionals in Central/State Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
- OBC-NCL certificates must be issued on or after 01.04.2026.
Mode of Selection
Selection will be based on a Written test, Interview, or both as per the decision of the Competent Authority held at AIIMS Rishikesh.
