Position Details
Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (Operator)
As a Stipendiary Trainee Operator, you will:
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of nuclear reactors under strict safety protocols.
- Be responsible for monitoring and controlling reactor systems, conducting inspections, and reporting any anomalies.
Requirements:
- HSC (10+2) or ISC certificate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with at least 50% aggregate marks.
- Age range of 18 to 24 years as of 11th September 2024.
- English as one of the subjects at least at the SSC level.
Undergo a two-year training program with a stipend of ₹20,000/month in the first year and ₹22,000/month in the second year. After successful training, you will be considered for a Technician/B position with a salary of ₹21,700/month in Pay Level 3.
Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (Maintainer)
As a Stipendiary Trainee Maintainer, you will:
- Assist in the maintenance of nuclear power plant systems, ensuring that all equipment functions correctly and safely.
- Work closely with senior technicians to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs.
Requirements:
- SSC (10th) certificate with a minimum of 50% marks in Science and Mathematics.
- 2-year ITI certificate in a relevant trade such as Electrician, Fitter, Instrumentation, Electronics, Machinist, Turner, or Welder.
- Age range of 18 to 24 years as of 11th September 2024.
Prepare for a two-year training program with a stipend of ₹20,000/month in the first year and ₹22,000/month in the second year. After successful training, you will be eligible for a Technician/B position with a salary of ₹21,700/month in Pay Level 3.
