Educational Qualification & Experience
- Deputy Secretary (Administration): Officers holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department with experience in Administration, establishment, and personnel management.
- Deputy Secretary (Finance & Accounts): Officers holding analogous post with experience in finance, budgeting, and accounts (preferably knowledge of GFR, CAG, and Government financial rules).
- Audit Officer: Officers holding analogous post with experience in Audit/Accounts.
