The eligibility criteria is available on the CARA's website cara.wcd.gov.in. Eligible candidates must apply through the proper channel along with the following documents:
- Copies of APAR dossiers for the last 05 years, duly attested by the authorized signatory. If there is any gap in the APAR for the period during the last 05 years, then APARs for the preceding year(s) should be provided to cover 05 years' APARs.
- Integrity Certificate.
- Vigilance Clearance, in the proforma available on the website of CARA and MWCD.
Non-government officials / private candidates are not eligible to apply.
