Job Summary
The Central Medical Services Society (CMSS) is recruiting for the positions of Joint Director (Finance), General Manager (Procurement), and Manager (Finance). Applications are open for Indian citizens. The last date to receive applications is 23rd October 2025.
Details of Positions
The recruitment drive is for the following positions:
- Joint Director (Finance): 1 Post, Pay Level-12 (15600-39100), On Deputation Basis. Age limit 56 years.
- General Manager (Procurement): 1 Post, Emoluments Rs. 2,00,000/- + PF per month, On Contract Basis. Age limit up to 55 years.
- Manager (Finance): 1 Post, Emoluments Rs. 50,000/- + PF per month, On Contract Basis. Age limit up to 40 years.
Eligibility Details
For Joint Director (Finance) - Deputation Basis:
- Officers of the rank of Under Secretary/ Deputy Secretary level of the Central Government.
- Officers of Group 'A' of organised Accounts Service holding analogous post in Level-12 (pre-revised scale of PB3: Rs.15,600-39,100 + GP Rs. 7600/-) or equivalent on regular basis, OR with five years' service in level-11 (pre-revised pay band PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP Rs. 66,00/-) or equivalent, and five years' experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA /MBA (Finance) from a recognised University. Five years' experience in the field of Finance / Accounts.
- Maximum age limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
For General Manager (Procurement) - Contract Basis:
- Educational Qualification: An Engineering Degree / B.Pharma. / MBA from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of work experience in Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSU/ Autonomous bodies AND/OR Private Industry (with Annual turnover of 500 crores or more). Out of this, at least 08 years' experience in core Procurement of Goods & Services.
- Knowledge of ERP, e-Procurement System, GFR, Public Procurement Process, GeM, and MS Office.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years as on the last date of submission of the application.
For Manager (Finance) - Contract Basis:
- Educational Qualification: B.Com. / MBA (Finance) / CA(Inter) / ICWA(Inter) from a recognised University / Body.
- Work Experience: At least 02 years post-qualification experience in core finance and accounting work in any Central/ State/ PSU/ Autonomous Body.
- Knowledge of GeM, GFR, MS-office, Tally software, and good oral/written English skills.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years of age as on the last date of submission of the application.
