Eligibility Details
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Deputy Director (Administration & Finance): Master of Business Administration (with Personnel specialization) or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management (2 years) from a recognized university/AICTE approved institution; or Degree in Law.
- Deputy Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs): Masters of Business Administration (Marketing) or Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication or Social Work from a recognized University/Institution.
- Deputy Director (Publication): Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Arts from a recognized University; AND Diploma in Printing Technology/Publication from a recognized institution.

Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
