Eligibility Details
Minimum Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with:
- 'Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Logistics & Supply Chain Management' OR
- MBA with specialization in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Logistics & Supply Chain Management'.
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 56 Years.
Post Qualification Experience:
- Minimum Years of Post Qualification Experience: 20 Years.
Experience Conditions:
- Experience is reckoned from the date of obtaining the basic qualification prescribed for the post (date of publication of the result).
- Experience must be in the relevant field.
- Teaching experience as a faculty member or research experience (like Research Fellowship) will not be considered as experience for this purpose.
- Internal HCL candidates must have completed at least one year of service in the next below scale of pay.
- Applicants from Central Govt/State Govt/CPSEs/State PSEs must have completed at least two years' service in the next below grade and scale of pay.
- Applicants from Private Organizations/Banks/Govt Organizations with different pay patterns must have a monthly gross salary of Rs. 1,84,000/- and provide documentary proof (Pay Slip, Form-16, Bank Statement). Private Organizations must have a turnover of Rs 250 Crores or more.
Preferable Experience (Table-4):
- Candidate having 5 years of experience in a Senior Managerial position in a large reputed Organization.
- Adequate and in-depth experience in materials planning, inventory control, vendor analysis and development, supply chain & logistics management along with working experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) will be preferred.
- Conversant with E-Tendering (GeM, CPPP) preferably in Mining/Metal Industry.

Method of Application: Applications must be submitted in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) either typed or neatly written, filled in completely, and sent via Registered / Speed Post / Courier only.
Required Documents: Filled-in application along with documents establishing eligibility (educational and experience certificates) must reach HCL by the closing date. A copy of the Caste/Category/EWS/PwBD certificate (if applicable) and original ID proof must be available at the time of interview.
Service Agreement Bond: Appointed candidates must execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 3 Lakhs to serve the company for a minimum period of 03 years.
Important Conditions
- The selection process is based on performance in the Personal Interview (PI).
- Candidates shall be shortlisted for PI in the ratio of 1:5, subject to a minimum of 10 candidates, or as per HCL's decision.
- Shortlisting criteria include 1 Mark for every completed year of relevant experience beyond the minimum, and 1 Mark for every additional higher qualification (Max 2 Marks). Tie-breaking is based on Company turnover.
- Appointment is provisional and subject to successful verification of documents, character, and antecedents.
- HCL reserves the right to fill or not fill the post, or cancel/modify the recruitment process without notice.
- The selected candidate shall be liable to serve the Company anywhere in India or abroad.
Mode of Selection
Selection shall be made based on the performance of the candidate in the Personal Interview (PI).
