Job Position: Manager/Legal on contract basis
Fixed Consolidated Pay: Rs. 60,000/- per month (with provision for 5% annual increment)

The position is for Manager/Legal on a contract basis. The initial appointment is for one year, subject to satisfactory performance, and may be extended.

Eligibility Details
Essential Qualification (As on 01.09.2025):
- Full time LLB with not less than 60% marks from recognized Institute/University. OR
- LLB (5 years integrated full time degree) with not less than 60% marks from recognized Institute/University.
- LLM in relevant discipline will be preferable.
Essential Post Qualification Experience (As on 01.09.2025):
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Construction/Infrastructure related legal matters.
- Must have dealt with Arbitration Matters and Litigation Matters before Tribunal and Courts.
- Possess hands-on experience in drafting/finalizing & vetting of pleadings and documents such as agreements, bond, affidavits etc.
- Experience in pre-contract transactional work is preferable.
- Computer proficiency would be an added advantage.
Maximum Age (As on 01.09.2025): 35 Years (Age Relaxations as per Government of India's guidelines apply).
Medical Standards: Candidates should be in sound health. No relaxation in health standards will be allowed.
Note: Teaching/training/consultancy/Freelancing experience shall not be treated as relevant experience.

Applications must be neatly typed on A-4 size paper in the prescribed format and sent in an envelope superscribed – “Application for the post of Manager/Legal - Advt. No.- C-20/2025”.
Required Documents to accompany application:
- Experience Certificate in chronological order. For present employment, offer letter must be accompanied by the last Two Months' salary slips as proof of experience.
- Date of Birth/ class X passing certificate as proof of DOB.
- Caste certificate/EWS Certificate/Age relaxation certificate (if applicable, in prescribed format).
- Qualification Degree/Diploma and All semester/year Mark sheets for calculation of percentage. Proof of conversion factor if CGPA/OGPA/DGPA is awarded.
Important Conditions
- The appointment is contractual and does not confer any right to claim absorption in regular establishment.
- There are no allowances over and above the fixed pay.
- Medical Health Insurance Policy up to Rs Three Lakhs (premium max Rs 4000/-) to be borne by the employee and reimbursed upon submission of policy copy and receipt.
- Minimum PF as prescribed under the EPF & MP Act 1952 will be deducted.
- One leave per month of service can be availed; accumulation allowed, but no leave encashment.
- One weekly off and public holidays observed by the project office apply.
- TA/DA will be admissible if deputed on outstation duty.
- All information submitted will be verified; false information leads to cancellation of candidature.
- Ex-contract employees of IRCON whose services were terminated due to project closure can apply, provided they submit a copy of the termination letter.
- The number of posts may vary based on requirement assessment.
