Eligibility Details

Age Criteria: Maximum Age limit is 55 years as on 08.10.2025. Relaxations will be applicable as per Government norms for SC/ST, OBC-NCL, and PwBD categories.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • QA/QC Expert (VC No. CP/20/25): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Preference to Post Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering/Public Health Engineering or Equivalent. Minimum 12 years of experience required, including at least 07 years in quality control of Water/Sewerage sector, with experience in handling at least 2 similar projects and familiarity with Quality Assurance Programs in water supply/UGD projects.
  • Mechanical Engineer (VC No. CP/21/25): Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience required, with a minimum of 5 years in the infrastructure sector.
  • Electrical Engineer (VC No. CP/22/25): Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience required, with a minimum of 5 years in the infrastructure sector.
  • Contract Management Expert (VC No. CP/23/25): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Preference to M.E. Civil or M. Tech in construction project and management. Minimum 10 years of experience required, including at least 3 years in contract administration for government water supply/STP/UGD projects. Knowledge of government procurement guidelines is mandatory. Should have in-depth knowledge of contract conditions (item rates, EPC/PPP) and experience in prequalification, bid document preparation, and evaluation.
  • Assistant Civil Engineer (VC No. CL/47/25): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 08 years of experience required, with at least 05 years related to Program/Project management/TPI of WSS/STP/UGD.

Note: The period of training/internship/teaching/academic/fellowship/PhD research experience shall not be counted towards post-qualification experience. Degree recognized by AICTE is mandatory. Sections A & B examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) equivalent to Degree will also be accepted.

Mode of Selection

Candidates will be shortlisted based on document scrutiny and eligibility verification. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview. The Interview carries 100% weightage (Technical & Professional proficiency - 65%; Personality, Communication & Competency - 35%). A minimum of 60% marks (UR/EWS) or 50% marks (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) in the interview is required for placement on the panel.
