Eligibility Details
Candidates should possess the following requisite educational qualifications and be within the specified age limits:

Note:
- Educational qualification must be from a Govt. Recognized Board/ Council/Institutions etc.
- For appointment against sports quota in Technician-III, minimum educational qualification is Class 10th pass. However, training period will be 03 years, reducible to 6 months if ITI qualification is possessed.
- Proof of Age (HS/Matriculation certificate) must be produced/attached.
Sports Norms: Specific sports achievements as per Category-B and Category-C international championships, national championships, etc., are required depending on the Grade Pay. Detailed norms are provided in the advertisement.
Period for Reckoning Sports Achievement: Achievements on or after 01.04.2023 will be considered. Sports persons should be active players.

Application Fee:
- Rs.500/- for all candidates except those mentioned below.
- Rs.250/- for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Women, Minority and Economic Backward Class candidates.
Note: Partial refund of application fee is admissible for candidates appearing for selection trials.

Important Conditions

Mode of Selection
Selection will be based on the following criteria:
- Trial of sports performance: Maximum 40 marks.
- Interview and assessment of sports achievement, educational qualification etc.: Maximum 60 marks (50 for sports achievement, 10 for educational qualification).
Total marks: 100. Minimum qualifying marks are prescribed for each Grade Pay level.
