Eligibility Details
Minimum Qualification:
- B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering from a recognized Institute / University OR CA / MBA- (Fin).
- Desirable: Master's degree and above in energy studies / renewable and equivalent will be preferred.
Experience & Upper Age Limit:
- Experience of more than 20 years out of which 10 years in Electrical works or design engineering in Power / Energy sector.
- Preferably from DISCOMS / TRANSCO / Electricity Boards at the level of Chief Engineer or equivalent.
- Upper age limit: 63 years.
- The cut-off date for determining age limit and post qualification experience will be the closing date of notification of the vacancies.
Application Details
Application Fee (A): There will be no application fees.
Compensation Package (B): Professional fees of Sr. Consultant in SECI would be Rs. 1,25,000/- per month.

Deadline: Online registration closes on 29th OCTOBER 2025 (5 PM).
Required Documents: Candidates must properly fill the application and provide necessary documents in support of eligibility criteria. Applications submitted with incomplete documents shall be summarily rejected.
Important Conditions
- Indian Nationals only need to apply.
- The Engagement is purely on contract basis (initially for six months, extendable) and will not confer any right for regular appointment.
- Executives who have opted for VRS from PSU/ Govt. shall not be eligible.
- All qualifications must be full time qualifications from a recognized University / Institute as of the closing date.
- The applicant Email ID entered must remain valid for at least the next one year, as all future correspondence will be via E-mail only.
- All appointments are subject to medical fitness as per rules of the Company.
Mode of Selection
SECI reserves the right to suitably revise upward the eligibility criteria or limit the number of applications. Based on application volume, Management reserves the right to conduct screening test/ written test/trade test/skill test, etc., as deemed fit, to ascertain suitability.
