    Pay Scale: ₹ 44,900 – 1,42,400/- (Pay Level – 7), Group: 'B' (General Central Service, Non-Ministerial, Non-Gazetted) for TGT posts.

    Eligibility Details

    The educational qualification, age, and experience criteria must be determined as on the closing date of application, 07/11/2025.

    General Eligibility Criteria:

    • Citizenship: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
    • Age Limit (TGT Posts): Not exceeding 30 years (Relaxable for government servants up to 5 years by Central Government instruction). Age relaxation for contractual employees of the same department is applicable (Annexure-I).

    Essential Educational Qualifications (Common for TGT Subject Posts 55/25 to 70/25):

    1. A Bachelor's Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50 percent marks from a recognized University/Institute (subject studied for at least 2 years); OR Master's Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50 percent marks; OR 4-year integrated programme/course/degree of B.El.Ed/B.Sc.B.Ed/B.A.B.Ed from any NCTE recognized Institution (subject studied for at least 3 years).
    2. B.Ed or three year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.
    3. Pass in the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) Conducted by CBSE.

    Note for Drawing Teacher (Post Code 71/25): Essential qualification is a Five years' Diploma in Drawing/Painting/Sculpture/Graphic Art OR Master's Degree in Drawing and Fine Art OR Bachelor's Degree in Drawing/Painting/Fine Art plus Two years' full time Diploma in Painting/Fine Art.

    Note for Special Education Teacher (Post Code 72/25): Essential qualification is Graduate with B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. with a two years diploma in special education or post-graduate professional diploma in special education, or any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI.

    Application Details

    • Closing Date for Online Applications: 07th November, 2025 (Till 11:59 PM).
    • Application Method: Strictly Online via https://dsssbonline.nic.in. No applications received by post/hand/mail will be accepted.
    • Application Fee: ₹ 100/- (One Hundred only). Fee exempted for Women, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories. Payment must be made only through SBI e-pay.
    • Documents: Candidates must be ready to upload e-dossiers (supporting documents) when called upon; failure to do so will result in cancellation.

    Important Conditions

    • Only one online registration is allowed per candidate per post code. Multiple registrations will lead to cancellation and debarment.
    • No request for change/correction/modification (including category change) will be entertained after submission.
    • Candidates must use recent and clear color photographs (plain white/off-white background).
    • No re-evaluation/re-checking of answer sheets is permitted.
    • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deduction for each wrong MCQ answer.
    • Examination Language: Bilingual (Hindi & English), except for Language papers.

    Mode of Selection

    Selection will be made through a One Tier Examination (Technical/Teaching Post) scheme, as detailed in Para 4 of the notice.

    • Section A (100 Marks): General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, Hindi Language Comprehension, English Language Comprehension (20 MCQs x 5 sections = 100 Marks).
    • Section B (100 Marks): MCQs of one mark each from the subject concerned including questions on teaching methodology/B.Ed. (100 Questions).
    • Qualifying Marks: Mandatory minimum qualifying marks apply only to Section-B (Subject Specific). Combined marks of Section A and Section B determine the final merit list. Minimum qualifying percentages are: UR/EWS: 40%, OBC (Delhi): 35%, SC/ST/PwBD: 30%.
