Eligibility Details
The eligibility criteria are specific to each post and generally require officers working under Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, or Tribunals. Specific educational qualifications, experience, and pay matrix levels are detailed in Annexure-I (available on the NCLT website). The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation is 56 years as on the closing date of applications.
- Deputy Registrar: Degree in law, holding analogous post on regular basis or Level-11 with 5 years service, and experience in administrative/establishment/court matters.
- Court Officer: Degree in law, holding analogous post on regular basis or Level-7 with 2 years service or Level-6 with 6 years service, and experience in administrative/establishment/court matters.
- Private Secretary: Skill norms (dictation @ 110 WPM, transcription @ 55 WPM), holding analogous post on regular basis or Level-7 with 2 years service or Level-6 with 6 years service.
- Senior Legal Assistant: Degree in law, holding analogous post on regular basis or Level-6 with 5 years service or Level-5 with 8 years service.
- Assistant: Knowledge of computer operation, holding analogous post on regular basis or Level-5 with 6 years service or Level-4 with 10 years service.
- Stenographer Grade-II/Personal Assistant: Skill norms (dictation @ 100 WPM, transcription @ 50 WPM), holding analogous post on regular basis or Level-5 with 6 years service or Level-4 with 10 years service.
- Cashier: Holding analogous posts on regular basis or Level-3 with 5 years service and cash/accounts training, or Level-2 with 8 years service and cash/accounts training.
- Record Assistant: Holding analogous posts on regular basis or Level-2 with 8 years regular service.
- Staff Car Driver: 10th pass, valid driving license, knowledge of motor mechanism, 3 years driving experience.
Note: Departmental officers in the feeder grade who are in direct line of promotion are not eligible. The period of deputation generally should not exceed 3 to 5 years depending on the post.

Required Documents:
- Bio-data in Prescribed Proforma (Annexure-II)
- Certificates/documents for educational qualifications and experience.
- Cadre Clearance certificate.
- Attested photocopies of APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate and Integrity Certificate.
- Details of major/minor penalties imposed in the last 10 years.
- Details of experiences as per eligibility criteria.
Important Conditions
- Vacancy position is tentative.
- Selected candidates will be required to serve at the NCLT Bench for which they are selected.
- Applications once submitted cannot be withdrawn.
- Candidates not willing to join upon selection should not apply.
- The period of deputation is initially for three years or till further orders.
- Officers already availing GPRA facility in their parent body can continue it on deputation. Others may not be eligible for GPRA.

Selection will be based on the assessment of the Curriculum Vitae and documents submitted by the candidates, as per terms and conditions of service attached to the post.
