    Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) is a premier S&T organization under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), dedicated to fostering the IT/ITES industry, innovation, R&D, and product/IP creation in emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, Blockchain, and Cyber Security. STPI plays a crucial role in providing statutory services and infrastructural facilities to exporters. This Employment Notice No. 2(2)/I/STPI-HQ/2025-26 invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up various Group 'A' S&T, Group 'A' non-S&T, and Group 'B' & 'C' vacancies. Appointments, whether made via Absorption or Direct Recruitment, will involve a probation period of two years from the date of joining.

    The recruitment covers multiple positions across various locations (STPI Centres). For Group 'B' & 'C' posts, selection will be based on written examinations held in Delhi/NCR & Bengaluru. For Member Technical Staff E-I (Scientist 'B'), the examination venue is Delhi/NCR & Bengaluru.

    • Sl. No. 2 (ES-5 S&T): Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-V, Level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400). Total 02 posts (Absorption/Direct Recruitment). Locations: STPI – Bengaluru.
    • Sl. No. 3 (A-5 Non-S&T): Administrative Officer (A-V), Level 7 (Rs. 44900-142400). Total 03 posts (Absorption/Direct Recruitment). Locations: STPI - New Delhi, Guwahati, Pune.

    Eligibility Details

    For Member Technical Staff - E-I (Scientist 'B'): Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology or Master in Computer Applications or M. Sc. in relevant fields with 1st class, OR Master Degree in Tech./Engineering with 1st class, OR Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in relevant disciplines along with 2nd class mentioned at (a) or (b).

    For MTSS ES-V (Direct Recruit): Three years Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/ IT/ Telecommunication or Bachelor in relevant field OR possessing DOEACC 'A' level certificate with two years' experience.

    For Administrative Officer (A-V) (Direct Recruit): Graduate in any discipline with six years' experience in personnel/ administration/ vigilance OR Post Graduate with four years' experience OR MBA with one year experience in the field.

    For Assistant (A-IV) (Direct Recruit): Graduate in any discipline with four years' experience in personnel/ administration/finance/vigilance OR Post Graduate with two years' experience in the field.

    For Office Attendant (S-I) (Direct Recruit): Matriculate or equivalent.

    Age criteria (Max.): Varies by post and mode of recruitment (Direct Recruit up to 30-40 years; Absorption up to 56 years). Relaxation applicable as per Govt. of India rules.

    Application Fee:

    • Group 'A' post (Level-10): Rs. 1000/-
    • Below Group 'A' posts (Below Level-10): Rs. 500/-

    Payment can be made via NEFT/RTGS to Canara Bank, or digitally via UPI ID: "stpi@upi". No fee is required for female candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category. Fee once paid is non-refundable.

    Required Documents: Candidates must ensure all essential steps of the online application are completed. Those working in Govt./PSUs must submit a copy of NOC at the time of applying online.

    Important Conditions

    • Appointment on Direct Recruitment/Absorption basis includes a two-year probation period.
    • Number of posts may vary, and STPI reserves the right not to fill up any post.
    • Merit for final selection for Group 'A' posts (excluding Scientist 'B') requires minimum qualifying marks (General 50%, OBC 45%, SC/ST 40%).
    • Candidates must provide correct division/grade if evaluated on CGPA.
    • Furnishing false information may lead to termination of service.
    • Candidates willing to apply for more than one post must submit SEPARATE applications.
    • Selected candidates will be liable to be posted at any STPI centre.

    Mode of Selection

    Scientist 'B' (E-I): Written test (70% weightage) followed by Interview (30% weightage).

    Other Group 'A' Posts (A-V, A-IV, etc.): Written examination basis.

    Group 'B' & 'C' Posts (MTSS, Assistant, Office Attendant): Written examination. Some posts (Assistant A-III, Office Attendant S-I) also require qualifying Trade/Skill tests.
