Eligibility Details
Eligibility for Executive Director
- Essential: Officers holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or with 16 years of regular service in the Pay Level equivalent to Matrix 13 or above in the parent cadre/department.
- Experience: Extensive experience in the field of financial reporting, audit, or accounting standards.
Eligibility for Chief General Manager / General Manager / Assistant General Manager
- Essential: Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; or with 12-14 years of regular service in the Pay Level equivalent to Matrix 12/11/10 respectively (depending on specific post) in the parent cadre/department.
- Experience: Experience in management, financial regulation, or technical domains relevant to NFRA's mandate.
Eligibility for Manager / Assistant Manager
- Essential: Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; or with 8-10 years of regular service in the Pay Level equivalent to Matrix 9/8 respectively in the parent cadre/department.
- Experience: Experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or regulatory affairs.
Eligibility for Personal or General Assistant (Grade I, II, III)
- Essential: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department.
- Experience: Experience in secretarial functions, drafting, and office management.
Eligibility for Senior Private Secretary / Private Secretary
- Essential: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis; or with 12 years of regular service in the Pay Level equivalent to Matrix 9/8 respectively in the parent cadre/department.
- Desirable: Proficiency in computer typing and office applications.
Eligibility for Driver
- Essential: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis; or with 8 years of regular service in the Pay Level equivalent to Matrix 4 in the parent cadre/department.
- Experience: Possession of valid driving license for light and heavy motor vehicles.
