- Pre-requisite/s (For B.Sc.): Minimum 60% marks (or CGPA 6.5/10).

- Scientist/Engineer 'SD' (Post Codes 01-03): 18 – 35 years.
- Scientist/Engineer 'SC' (Post Code 04-11, M.E./M.Tech based): 18 – 30 years.

Mode of Selection
Selection process for Scientist/Engineer 'SC' involves two levels: (1) Written Test and (2) Personal Interview. Weightage for final panel generation is 50% for Written Test marks and 50% for Interview marks.
