    Eligibility Details

    Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) (001): First class Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering OR Employees with 5 years relevant experience in Pay Level-7 or above as Assistant Engineer in institutional building construction/maintenance/design/planning.

    Medical Officer (002): MBBS Degree or equivalent AND registered in State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register. Desirable: Post Graduate Qualification (preferably MD in General Medicine).

    Assistant Registrar (003): Master's Degree with at least 55% marks OR Employees serving at Pay Level 6 for 7 years (or) Pay Level 7 for 5 years as Superintendent / Section Officer / Private Secretary or equivalent post with relevant experience in Administration/Finance/Academic/Legal/Audit matters.

    Nurse (004): Master's Degree (with 50% marks) in Nursing OR First Class Degree in B.Sc. (Nursing) (4-year course). Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital.

    Private Secretary (005): Master's degree with 50% marks AND Computer key depression speed of 60 wpm AND 1 year Diploma in Computer applications OR 5 years relevant experience in Govt. organizations at Pay Level 6 with Master's degree.

    Superintendent (006): Master's Degree with 50% marks OR First class bachelor's degree OR Employees with 5 years experience at Pay Level-5 in relevant administrative/finance/accounts/legal/audit/stores & purchase matters.

    Technical Assistant (IT) (007): B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Engineering (3 years) / MCA or M.Sc. / BS-MS with at least 55% marks OR 5 years experience in Software/Hardware/System Administration/IT & Networking etc. in reputed organizations.

    Technical Assistant (Biology) (008): B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Engineering (3 years) / MCA or M.Sc. / BS-MS with at least 55% marks OR 5 years proven research/laboratory experience in relevant field with equivalent technical qualification.

    Junior Library Superintendent (009): Master's Degree in Library Science/Library and Information Science with 55% marks OR Employees with 5 years of experience in Library & Information Science in Digital Library Management / Library Automation / Networking.

    Junior Translator (Rajbhasha) (010): Master's degree in Hindi with English as compulsory/elective subject OR At least 5 years' office experience with proficiency in Hindi & English and translation knowledge.

    Junior Office Assistant (Multi Skill) (011): Bachelor's Degree with 50% in any discipline with excellent computer proficiency OR Employees with 4 years relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree and 50% marks.

    Lab Assistant (Biology/Chemistry/Physics) (012, 013, 014): B.Sc. in relevant field (Biology/Chemistry/Physics) with 50% marks OR Employees with 3 years experience in handling laboratory equipment/experiments with B.Sc. in relevant field.

    Age Criteria: Generally, not more than 40 years (for A/R/MO/AEE), 38 years (for PS/Nurse), 35 years (for JLSS/JT/TA), 33 years (for Sup/JOA), or 30 years (for Lab Asst) as on the closing date of advertisement. Age relaxation criteria apply as per Government of India norms.

    Important Conditions

    • The crucial date for determining the age limit is the closing date for receipt of applications.
    • Candidates seeking reservation (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD) must submit valid original certificates in the prescribed GoI format. OBC candidates must have Non-Creamy Layer status valid on or after April 01, 2025.
    • Mere possession of minimum qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for selection/interview.
