    Eligibility Details

    Essential Qualifications and Experience:

    • For AGM (Agriculture): (i) Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Plantation/ Agriculture Engineering/ Agriculture and Cooperation/Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/Dairy Technology /Food Processing/ Food Processing Technology/ Food Technology/Food Science/Food Science and Technology from recognized University/Institution. (ii) Five years' experience in the above fields post acquiring the above educational qualification.
    • For AGM (Finance): (i) Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Financial Management/MBA(Finance) from recognized University/Institution OR Having completed Chartered Accountancy from ICAI. (ii) Five years experience in the above fields post acquiring the above educational qualification.
    • For Assistant Manager (Business Promotion): Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade/ International Business/ International Trade/ Agriculture Business Management/ Horticulture Business Management/ Agriculture Marketing/Horticulture Marketing/Agronomy/Agricultural Economics from recognized University/Institution.

    Age Criteria: Upper age limits are 35 years for AGM posts and 30 years for Assistant Manager post, calculated as of the closing date for applications. Age relaxation is available for OBC (3 years), PwD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (3 years plus service duration), and APEDA employees (5 years for regular employees with 3 years continuous service).

    Important Conditions

    • Candidates must upload supporting documents/certificates for qualifications and experience.
    • Essential qualification/experience must be completed on or before the closing date.
    • Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • Selected candidates are liable to serve anywhere in India (All India Service Liability - AISL).

    Mode of Selection

    For AGM (Agriculture) and AGM (Finance): Selection involves a Written Test (100 Marks, Objective + Descriptive) followed by an Interview (40 Marks). Merit list based on combined scores. Qualifying marks for written test shortlisting is 60%.

    For Assistant Manager (Business Promotion): Selection involves a single Written Test (100 Marks, Objective + Descriptive). Qualifying marks for shortlisting is 60%.

    The medium of examination for all posts will be bilingual (Hindi and English); answers must be consistent in one language.
