    Eligibility Details

    Eligibility criteria (Educational Qualification, Experience, and Age limit) are as on 31.12.2025. Candidates must choose the position appropriately based on these criteria.

    • Deputy Manager (CSR) (Code: 25-26/15/A1, A2): PG (Full Time) in Social Work/Sociology/Economics/Social Sciences (min 65% marks) OR MBA (min 65% marks) with specialization in HR/Social Welfare/Sustainability Management. Experience: 4 years relevant P.Q. Experience. Upper Age Limit: 42 years.
    • Deputy Manager (Corporate Planning) (Code: 25-26/15/B1, B2): Engineering Graduates with MBA (min 65% marks) OR PG in Economics/Business Economics/Commerce with MBA (min 65% marks). Experience: 4 years relevant P.Q. Experience. Upper Age Limit: 42 years.
    • Engineer (Projects) (Code: 25-26/15/C): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation (min 65% marks). Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant P.Q. Experience. Upper Age Limit: 38 years.
    • Officer (Library) (Code: 25-26/15/D1): B.Sc. (Physical Science) and Post Graduate Degree in Library Science or equivalent (min 55% marks). Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant P.Q. Experience. Upper Age Limit: 45 years.
    • Deputy Manager (Library) (Code: 25-26/15/D2): B.Sc. (Physical Science) and Post Graduate Degree in Library Science or equivalent (min 55% marks). Experience: Minimum 9 years relevant P.Q. Experience. Upper Age Limit: 49 years.
    • Officer (Finance) (Code: 25-26/15/E): Graduate in any discipline with CA/CWA (with minimum 55% marks). Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant P.Q. Experience. Upper Age Limit: 38 years.
    • Officer (Rajbhasha) (Code: 25-26/15/F): Master's degree in Hindi with English as main subject OR Master's degree in English with Hindi as main subject OR Master's degree in any discipline with Hindi and English as main subjects at degree level. Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant P.Q. Experience. Upper Age Limit: 45 years.
    • Assistant (HR) (Code: 25-26/15/G): Full Time Graduate (other than Fine arts, min 60% marks) with PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Laws/HRD preferred. Experience: Minimum 9 years relevant P.Q. Experience in Personnel & General Administrative functions. Upper Age Limit: 46 years.
    • Junior Assistant (HR) (Code: 25-26/15/H): Full Time Graduate (other than Fine arts, min 60% marks) with PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Laws/HRD preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant P.Q. Experience in Personnel & General Administrative functions. Upper Age Limit: 42 years.

    Age Concessions: Age relaxation is available for PwD, SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), Ex-Servicemen, and Departmental candidates as per rules. Post-graduates in Engineering may receive experience relaxation.

    Note: Candidates are not required to send the printout of the application form initially, but must retain a copy for the interview/skill test if shortlisted.

    Important Conditions

    • Persons with 40% or more permanent nature of disability only are eligible.

    • OBC-NCL applicants must possess a valid certificate valid as on 31.12.2025.

    Mode of Selection

    • Deputy Manager, Engineer, and Officer positions: Interview (at New Delhi/Gurugram or Video Conferencing). EIL may restrict candidates based on qualifying exam marks and/or experience relevance.
    • Assistant-HR and Jr. Assistant HR positions: Skill Test.

    Posting can be anywhere in India and abroad, including Head Office (New Delhi/Gurugram), Regional Offices (Chennai, Vadodara, Kolkata), Branch Office (Mumbai), Inspection Offices, and Construction Sites, depending on organizational requirement.
