    Eligibility Details

    Educational Qualification & Experience (Direct Recruitment)

    • Essential Qualification: Must hold an LL.B. degree and be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
    • Essential Experience (15 Years Total): Experience in legal matters pertaining to legal/financial documentation, mortgage/guarantee/hypothecation, suits/claims for recovery, SARFAESI Act, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and litigation in various courts/tribunals.
    • Minimum Experience Requirement: A minimum of 5 years of this experience must be at Level-12 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent position.
    • For Private Sector Candidates: The CTC must be comparable to the pay scale prescribed for candidates working in Government/Public Sector Undertakings.
    • Preference: Experience in a cooperative organization will be given preference.

    Age Limit

    • Maximum Age: 50 years (as on the closing date of application receipt).

    Important Conditions

    • The number of advertised vacancies can be increased or decreased based on NCDC's requirements.
    • Selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in the country; posting may be at Headquarters, LINAC, Gurugram, or regional offices of the Corporation.
    • Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Servicemen/NCDC (Regular) employees is admissible as per Government of India/NCDC recruitment rules.
    • Educational qualifications, age, and experience criteria will be determined as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
    • If the number of applications is high, NCDC reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on criteria like higher/additional qualifications, relevant experience, or through a recruitment test (Weightage for test/interview usually 75:25).

    Mode of Selection

    Selection will be based on primary screening of educational records, percentage of marks, and experience, followed potentially by a Skill Test/Written Test/Interview, as deemed appropriate by NCDC.
