Eligibility Details
Essential Qualifications and Experience (As per Recruitment Rules):
Officers should be serving in equivalent posts or possess the requisite experience and qualifications as prescribed in the recruitment rules, which include:
- Officers serving regularly in a similar post in Central/State Government/Universities/Statutory/Autonomous bodies or R&D organizations.
- OR Officers of the level of Deputy Secretary to the Central Government or equivalent who have completed five years of regular service in Level-12 (Rs. 78800-209200 as per 7th CPC or Rs. 7600/- Pre-revised Grade Pay) on a regular basis.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Required Documents (Must be sent through proper channel):
- Application in the prescribed proforma.
- Attested photocopies of complete and up-to-date APARs for the preceding five years (2019-20 to 2023-24), attested on each page by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary in the Central Govt or equivalent.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate stating no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are pending or contemplated.
- A statement indicating any major/minor penalties imposed in the last 10 years, if any.
- Integrity Certificate.
Important Conditions
- The tenure of deputation will ordinarily be three years, extendable further as per government rules.
- The prescribed eligibility/qualification is a minimum requirement and does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for an interview. Selection will be based on the CV, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- In case of selection, the officer must be relieved immediately by the parent department/organization.
