Eligibility Details
Eligibility is restricted to Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, autonomous bodies, statutory organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, or recognized Universities/Research Institutions who fulfill the requisite criteria.
- General Requirement: Must be holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR must have rendered specified years of service in a particular level/pay matrix equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
- Joint Director (Research) (Level-12): Master's in Laws or Social Science (Political Science, Sociology, Social Work, Economics, Human Rights, Psychology, Population Studies, Criminology) or Statistics PLUS five years' research experience in Social Science or Statistics.
- Assistant Registrar (Level-11): Bachelor's degree from a recognised University or institute. (Must have 8 years service in Level-8 or hold analogous post).
- Under Secretary (Level-11): Bachelor's degree with Law from a recognised University or institute. (Must have 8 years service in Level-8 or hold analogous post).
- Senior Research Officer (Level-11): Master's degree in Social Science (as listed above) or Statistics PLUS three years' research experience in Social Science or Statistics. (Must have 5 years service in Level-10 or hold analogous post).
- Personal Assistant (Level - 7): 12th class pass AND Skill: Dictation (100 wpm English/Hindi) with transcription requirements. (Must have 15 years service in Level-4 or hold analogous post).
- Research Officer (Level-10): Master's degree with Social Science from a recognised University or institute. Desirable: Bachelor's degree with Law AND Three years' research experience in social sciences.
- Assistant Section Officer (Level - 7): Bachelor's degree AND Experience in administration/establishment/accounts/legal matters. (Must have 15 years service in Level-4 or hold analogous post).
- Programmer Assistant (Level - 6): Masters' degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Operations Research/Physics/Economics/Commerce (with Statistics) OR Bachelor's degree with Engineering/Computer Science PLUS specified Data Processing/Programming experience.
- Staff Car Driver (Grade-I) (Level - 5): 10th class pass. PLUS 3 years experience as Staff Car Driver (Grade-II) in Level-4 or hold analogous post.
- Staff Car Driver (Grade-II) (Level - 4): 10th class pass. PLUS 8 years service as Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in Level-2 or hold analogous post.
- Staff Car Driver (Ord. Grade) (Level - 2): 10th class pass, valid driving license for motor cars, knowledge of motor mechanism, and 3 years experience driving a motor car.
- Despatch Rider (Level-2): 10th class pass, valid driving license for Motorcycle/Auto rickshaw, and 2 years experience driving Motorcycle/Auto rickshaw.
- Maximum Age Limit: Shall not exceed fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
